It is at 10.00 am on 10/02, and it is in Court 201, the big, ornate, theater style seating court that holds about 800 people.
The order of the listing does not necessarily equate to the order of the arguments themselves. I am thinking Pharma Tech will go first since they and Lifescan are paying a third visit over the same test strip issues. That typically means that Judge Dyk will head the panel.
