MM load because they are not stupid and those blokes understand a merger when they see it happen. Canadian listing and merge with the Euro-Med. I say all you should check CSE guideline of listing company on exchange. Company has to have over hundred and fifty shareholders. Euro-Med have less than dozen. Where are othern138? I think someone post this the other day there is no ipo and this is correct. Only way to have one fifty shareholders is merger. Look at Canadian guideline is all the truth mates.
