Nader has defended his compensation in the past

By saying how far he has brought the company, the milestones achieved already and how he has raised $200 million, and how that is a cheap price to get where we are now. There is validity in that but I agree that his compensation is ridiculous given the company's financial state and what is yet to be accomplished, and should be more incentive-based. Is there a way to vote remotely?
