I've never paid attention to the bashers and I'm paying less and less attention to the boosters because we need performance at this point, not rosy assessments of potential.
And then there are the folks who look at what is, rationally, and stay stubbornly in the reality realm no matter what their hearts want them to believe. When I put those glasses on, I see a company with a still-significant upside that's taken some serious body blows with the COFEPRIS delays on shipping. I read their SEC filing to say: We're running out of runway, folks! But we've still got some time, if less than we'd like. If we start banking revenue in the next month or two, or even in this calendar year, and if the markets develop as seems likely (deep penetration into Mexico, expansion to other global markets, modest but meaningful inroads in the US), this stock is still a winning proposition despite all the delays.
Bottom line, I'm cautiously optimistic, and my optimism is compounded by the news about an upcoming podcast. Sure, management could be having a podcast to declare a disaster. That's not Michael's style, though. A good-news podcast seems more likely.
