$PSGR Question for today: How can share price of a
Post# of 1517
Why would the value of a Penny Stock of a company with a TWENTY PLUS YEAR HISTORY of NOTHING go up when NOTHING has occurred for so long and nothing has been reported about any activities anywhere within the company? Of course, with this stock we are talking about mere fractions of a penny BUT, even so, what could possibly contribute to the share price increase?
Several thoughts about why the share price MAY have increased:
1) Firms are simply taking a chance something might happen with this stock and return a buck or two on their investments (Thousands of shares POSSIBLY purchased)...Unlkely
2) Long Term or new investors are simply spending $10 or $20 with the hope that eventually something happens...Remote possibility
3) The value of the shares is so low that anyone or any company that might be approached for a loan would balk at providing funding. The share price has to be raised to make the company look more financially secure. Even a $0.005 increase in share price looks good on paper as a percentage increase in share price. It also makes the company look a few bucks bigger. Someone somewhere can buy a few shares at 1-1/2 or 2Xs the Ask price and make the company look much better financially. Hmmmmmmmm
So....which do you think is the most possible occurrence?
The BS continues! TWENTY PLUS YEARS OF NOTHING BUT A PENNY STOCK.
