Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: The required records needed for the “Issuance
History” section of the new OTC Pink Disclosure Guidelines 2019 has provided overdue
awareness of missing and scattered documents needed for this periodic report. The Company has
not practiced sound record keeping behavior in the past as investors should expect and that
deficiency is being corrected..
The Company will delay the periodic submission further until authentic copies of originals have
been retrieved and organized. These actions also support the current forensic audit and record
keeping remediation under way with Eide Bailly, CP
Well, Brad the... and ..... Have Really proved Me Right to call Him a Useless and Selfish CEO, We all are Losing Money Because of Him and His Lies and actions..
