That is not entirely true Limey--he implied that Cogosense continues to handle operations while On4 is an investor and reseller, which is exactly what SB has been saying all along (in many more words).
Cogosense continues to operate independently from On4 which is VERY GOOD THING. ON4 continues to invest in the company (at 53% according to the last fins) and the company continues to sell its products to the public.
IMO most of the salary expenses we are seeing on the fins go to Cogosense employees, Vanderleeden, Stephen Williams, the designers.
I chatted with Vanderleeden on Linked In and he confirmed the relationship with Berman and ON4. I did say that investors were unhappy with the way Berman is handling things, and his response was that the relationship exists, and that he is not permitted to divulge details, and that info has to come from Berman. He did say that the product is selling very well and that they get calls about it every day.
All I can say is that I am VERY unhappy with the way Berman has conducted himself. He seems to be quieting down now, I do hope he follows through with public announcements, and hopefully an audit for 2019. Let's put it this way, IF there are private investors, an audit will have to occur.
