“KK” sharing a $2.3 billion dollar possible buyout or license deal between GILD and CYDY with you would be a SEC violation. You sharing that information here is most likely a SEC violation. Most investors are aware of this and would never post insider information that they were given because now it can be tracked.
I’ve invested in a number of biotechs over the years and no claim such as yours has ever been true. Claims like yours have been made, but none of them have ever come to fruition. Would I like your claim to come true? Sure, because CYDY needs the partner and/ or the funds, but so far your story is difficult to believe.
