From my perspective, balance, clinical effect vs side effect, is key. Supercharging it may shift that equilibrium. One of the things that I would love to see in the future is a modification/conjugation which induces oral bioavailability, ie gut absorption. If that occurs, hang on. But who knows, time will tell. If I was so smart, I would be working for IPIX....
