Great response FullTilt! I was going to lay out a similar response but you beat me to it. I don’t take NUGilead’s cancer comments personal as he is likely pretty new to leronlimab and everyone is skeptical when talking a single MOA to treat all metastatic cancers (rightfully so). CytoDyn is not claiming to cure cancer, but could drastically improve the quality of life and also greatly extend lives if successful! The only other point I want to add is that the TNBC preclinical trial they injected 4 mice with leronlimab with advanced late stage metastatic cancer (control variable) and 2 of these 4 were alive at week 16!! If similar results in humans, that shows it can at least partially be effective even in late stage cancers.

One thing that I do like about NuGilead’s comment is higher success in early stages of cancer. If true this more than doubles the market size and supports potentially becoming THE NEW STANDARD OF CARE! The colon pre-clinical results stated such with leronlimab being effective in both low and high expressed CCR5.
