In video yesterday, NP said 10M to BLA, 15M to end of year. He said they hoped the TO would bring in 30M, but got 15M. It was the lowest dilution ever of new shares from a TO (which is true). He answered Ronald questions about ProstaGene test, he was talking to someone after the meeting, still in talks, and hope to announce something soon in that regard after FDA meeting which is end of August. At one point answering Seth's question about commercialization, after saying they had a plan for going alone, but around 1:14 mark, they believe they will be using the infrastructure of other commercialization companies who are well suited and ready to go forward, they have two they are engaging right now with agreements they could sign. Two companies came to them and wanted termship for exclusive sales. He said as soon as they announce one of those, he feels it will be very beneficial to shareholders. With those major announcements coming which should be really good for shareholders and they will raise as little dilutive funding as needed until that point.
I listened quickly once again for the above, but will need to listen again, lots of info given yesterday. So my guess is the dilutive cash to be raised will depend on these deals which it looks one could happen very soon I am assuming if the FDA meeting is successful this month with one company. If they believe that announcement is happening soon, I am guessing they will raise just a small amount, then announce that, then maybe one higher. But lots in the air in seems exactly when and what is needed, depending on a lot of items. Looks like a potential partner for ProstaGene and another announcement with leronlimab, my guess is the first could come early september and the second in october after the mono meeting. And with all the hints of meeting with BP NP has given and always talking about one in particular, I would not be surprised it one of those potential for leronlimab was Gilead, though I have no knowledge of it.
