This is an impressive PR. It provides many reason

Obviously, there are people who do not want GNBT to succeed. We also know there were naked shorts in the old days, and there is no reason to assume there aren't naked shorts now.
So, we go back to my old mantras: We rely on the science and we rely on mgmt.'s ability to navigate these troubled waters and complete the business plan. If there are naked shorts out there, uplisting could create a buying frenzy. This steady downward trend seems to be orchestrated, but who knows?
Despite months of discussion and asking, it seems we are still unclear as to what is absolutely necessary to get GNBT back on NASDAQ. I don't think this is subjective. It is what it is, given the circumstances of the company. I guess only Donohoe knows, but they can't talk.
