The timeline seems perfect. Also I was able to communicate via email with Euromed Therapeutics CEO Patrick Morris. I made it abundantly clear that I was a Univec shareholder. I asked how we are looking for rollout. He replies: "We anticipate closing the transaction and financing in September".
Things seem to be moving. Now there is no guarantee that it will be done on the earliest possible date of September 2nd as per the LOI. Regardless as to the exact date it seems Euromed is close to liftoff. I suspect that we may get news beforehand. Thanks AlmostAmyth!
