Hi Everyone I saw this article from June 28 2019
Post# of 2219
I saw this article from June 28 2019 at link below tonight on the SIGO IHUB board that someone posted. Another poster responded underneath the link about this possibly causing the 2018 10K being delayed. Any thoughts or comments about what is going on with this. Hopefully they will get this fine paid and also the financials released. Someone there pointed out some inconsistencies with this report also.

"In the case of Battle Mountain Genetics, growing cannabis on Spence Road in Salinas, company officials didn’t have workers compensation insurance for 20 employees between Jan. 16, 2018, and April 30, 2018, according to a judgement filed in Monterey County Superior Court on June 10 by the state Labor Commissioner’s Office."
Funny, the Company filed 14 8-Ks and an NT-10K during that period of time without even mentioning it.
Here's the 8-K that was filed 2 days after the Labor Commissioner’s Office filed its judgment:

Everything seemed just peachy.
They finally filed a 10-K for the year ended 10/31/17 on 3/25/19. Maybe this workers comp thing is one of the reasons the 2018 10-K has never been filed....there's probably a bunch of things like it being left unsaid.
