Expanded background checks and banning assault weapons would infringe not the least on responsible gun ownership, except in the addled minds of too easily frightened jackasses on the right.
So your usual sweeping generalization is laughable.
As for projections, nothing I've posted about Trumps bigoted remarks or about the white supremacists who are committing most of the assault weapon mass shooting are projections.
