Of the items from the 10k that A17 could focus on to push the negative agenda, that one would be my least concern.
Two concerns I saw, as did at least 3 other people.
1) pg 31. This was listed in one in one of the risk factors. I'm not sure if they are adding time to be cautious, or this is an issue. I remember RP saying revenue next year. Was this an issue with RP firing? NP showed his email, he didn't know his desktop was showing. I couldn't make out anything, except he still has an RP folder

We believe it would likely take two years or more to conduct the studies and trials necessary to obtain approval from the FDA to commercially launch the PCa Test.
2)
Long term independent BOD member just resigned with the submission of the 10k. An explanation would be nice

In addition, as previously reported in our Form 8-K filed August 14, 2019, the chairman of our audit committee resigned from the Board of Directors effective August 12, 2019. As a result, as of the date of this annual report, our audit committee no longer had a “financial expert” as defined by applicable SEC requirements. We are currently attempting to identify additional qualified individuals who are independent, and who have sufficient experience in finance and accounting to satisfy the definition of an audit committee “financial expert.”
