How long has FUSZ/VERB had a viable product? I believe it was late last year that they felt it was really ready for release. They also realized that they couldn't gain traction in MLM fast enough without integrating with SC. When was that finalized? I believe it was early this year. We also knew that the OTC sewer was not the right place for FUSZ so Rory was able to achieve getting on NASDAQ. I believe this was done earlier this year. Since you were here during the Bbooth days, what was it that made you decide to invest back then? What does VERB have now that Bbooth didn't have back then?

We have come a long way since Bbooth days to being a real company with a real product(s). Basically, we have just begun VERB's journey on NASDAQ. How long does it take for a NASDAQ company to get a rating? Hint: More than 1 or 2 Q's.
