One of the things that must be driving them crazy is that they can't try to buy up a bunch of shares and defeat the proposal. Most of them are probably sitting there either still short, or having covered with no long position, or maybe just a very small position. They can't screw up the vote because the rest of us know that Mr. Ehrlich would not ask for this unless he had something up his sleeve that is going to be good news for us, bad news for the shorts.
Hence the gnashing of teeth and wailing by the swamp scum. Someone told me that a "professional" poster elsewhere says he's going to vote no. I don't think that either of his shares will be the deciding factor in the vote.
