China is a very big market for direct sales so it's also promissing that we are getting there.
I wonder how the addition of "microtransactions" to the app will pan out. In many softwares, this can lead to very high revenue (Tinder or Pokemon Go can testify ) but here, in a professional app, I don't have specific references. In games for instance, a large part of the revenue often comes from a handful of big spenders, I wonder if it would be similar here. After all, people in the direct sales space will only pay if they feel they make more money with the feature. But if they get used to the app, 5$ a month in average seems quite achievable indeed
Finally I wonder what the customer facing app will actually do. I imagine our corporate client will also be paying and that the app will be free for the final customer but I would like to know more about the business model
