To consider and, if appropriate, approve an amendment to Article III of our Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of the Company’s Class A common stock from 300,000,000 shares to 600,000,000 shares (the “Increased Capitalization Charter Amendment”);
KEY WORD....”AUTHORIZED”. Not outstanding but authorized.
Who thinks we will see the outstanding share total equal 600 million Sept 20??? FEAR MONGERING at its best. If we trust the CEO and President to run this company, then we trust them to handle 300 miln shares prudently.
I own a substantial percentage of the company and I am voting FOR this resolution
