-1:20 ) Some patients with HIV have liver problem , fibrosis., its may have double benefit for this patients.
we doing study now with NASH.
- 1.40 ) PrEP and cure animal study will be published soon.
-1:50 ) we talking cure for cancer patients with HIV who need bone marrow transplant .
as high as 20% might need bone morrow transplant.
-2:50 ) 525 we can inject with one injection .
It will be 3 ml, one patient injected without problems ..
-3:11 ) talking about potential license agreements , we have one no binding term sheet , hopefully it will happen before end of a year.
-3:40 ) 525 mg efficacy 94% , is that enough , we think so. FDA will evaluate our results with 4 weeks overlap.
-4:50 ) we had total over 800 patients now , Ibalizumab was approved with 200.
-5:18 ) we meeting FDA to talk about pivotal mono beginning of October.
Hopefully then it will be finalize.
