Yes and the issue with 525mg, this data doesn’t show is the failure rate was twice the 700mg dose in the first 10 weeks, with the last data I saw. My guess the fda requested the occupancy test to improve upon those early failures. What Cydy was going to do was give 700mg for everyone during the first 10 weeks, problem solved, but I could see some failures with that at 10 weeks switching from 700mg to the lower dose at 525mg. This test hopefully fixes all that also without the dose change at 10 weeks. And maybe catches some with high occupancy that shouldn’t be put on mono. So overall 48 week efficacy gets a boost.
