very nice paper but I am not very surprised ,
Those patients are immunocompromised.
I remember many years ago some patients were diagnosed preliminary with possible HIV , by finding Kaposi Sarcoma in different area , like on the face.
Then we did a blood tests for HIV .
I did this diagnosis in dermatology few times myself...
Now with better and better treatment it is not a very common finding ...
But they are other findings here very interesting , like different cancers reacting differently..
