From my asking around here in Thailand I've gotten mixed info. My dentist says medical is legal, but the guy who runs my hotel says no. Up north near Laos border, same thing. Some say yes, some say no....but everyone agrees, recreational is illegal.
However, someone I know who works for immigration and the Thai police as a translator told me that the government has in it's possession something like 30,000 bottles of CBD oil and 10,000 bottles of THC oil that is earmarked for use in a medical capacity.
So it seems like Thailand is on the verge of some significant legalization laws.
