Retention Rates are 3,300% higher in one case study. I have watched this video several times and Mckinley goes on to say “our application is driving those numbers-not just one client, but we are hearing it from multiple clients”. McKinley was referring to retention rates, but also conversion rates as well. I thought the 3,300% increase in retention or 600% of conversion rates+ maybe an anomaly, but it does sound like that is the case or at least significantly higher than a 5-10% increase in those areas. In listened to the video several times, is my take is that “anything ordered through the app” Verb gets .35 cent margin, plus markup on shipping and etc. To me, this meant business cards, samples, brochures or anything ordered through the app and shipped! Lastly, I have been racking my brain on one comment McKinley made around the 19.55 mark of the video “not only do we see these numbers in direct sales, but as we branch out into other industries.” I wonder what the other industry might be?
