Yes , 10,000 patients a year will be about 350 mill a year.
Next year we expecting over 260,000 patients with MDR2
so over 182,000 patients will be CCR5 positive , where right now only Maraviroc is available...
At the beginning l will take only 10% of this patients , so 18,200 ,
this is giving us 637 Mill / year .
And 10% is a very low number for treatment of patients with resistance , personally I will give second year about 25%,
so we talking only combo with resistant patients , without really competition to us ( I don't count Maraviroc much as our competition )
So 25% of MDR2 is about 45,500 patients CCR5 positive with MDR2 , with 35,000.00 doll/years giving us about 1.6 B a year.
This is only 25% of resistant patients , and only in USA ..
With Dr Sacha they will know us very soon in Asia....
And per Dr NP they immediately will apply for Europe , and Europe is twice as big...
