One other item Lalezari said was of interest to me, it is hard to find metastatic patients in the naive setting. I am trying to find the percent of tnbc that are first diagnosed at stage 4. So far I can’t find any statistics on stage breakdown at first diagnoses. I did find the 5 year survival rate is 77% for overall tnbc, but 22% for metastatic, So most of the majority of first diagnosed tnbc patients must be stage 3 or less. Could be the big issue. Also giveb that only 3-5% are usually interested in clinical trials, and you could have a small number of potential patients. That is why they need the big sites on it.
