EXCELLENT INSIGHT MIKEYT!!!!! We all should meditate on that post all weekend!! Don’t be so frustrated with what has been for some a long wait and for others just feels like one. Would you rather invest in a builder for your house that is reputable, has a proven track record and you know is taking the time to lay your houses foundation the best and right way so that you have a finished home that will best withstand anything and everything that comes it’s way, or would you prefer to invest in a builder who can give you that completed house in maybe 1/2 the time but because this builders reputation is so so and is known to cut corners just to say he can deliver earlier, you are left with a house of which the stability is questionable? This sounds like exactly what Mikey is telling you. I don’t know about others but I’m going with the builder that I believe is going to build it right. I’m sure the builder is not going to take anymore time than is needed, so I wait.
