No one tosses anecdote and conspiracy theories in his word salad as deftly as you, shadester.
Considering that people were running for their lives I'm not surprised we haven't seen video of the shooter. Would YOU have been calmly holding your phone and pointing it at the shooter?
If there is mall security video that picks him up we'll see it at some point.
We have a live suspect so evidence must be preserved for trial.
If everything is a 'false flag' to you then there is no factual reality for you. Literally.
