Ran some quick numbers:
Q2 5 million, minimum for year is 19 mill, multiplied by 14, under the rev multiple average, is 266 million, or about $12 a share
6 million, 22 million, 308 million, $14
7 million, 25 million, 350 million $16
8 million, 28 million, 392 million $18
9 million, 31 million, 434 million $20
10 million, 34 million, 476 million $22
Those numbers are if Q3 and Q4 are the same as Q2, which we know they won’t be.
The second number is the revenue for the year, notice how at the lowest I’d expect, 19 million, we should be around $12 with an average multiple by numbers beginning of 2020.
Then take into account that we are beating our own expectations and signing deals faster than we thought
I wonder what the analysts will set their one year price targets at, hmmmm, I’m guessing no lower than $10.
