That makes sense, it didn't close by March 31 in time to make the 1Q filing for institutional investors. And of course everyone knows that. However, those with agendas at odds with the company and its investors take advantage and try and make it sound like lies are being put out about the company having 40 institutional investors. In reality the ones claiming the company and/or Rory is lying about institutional investor are the ones who are lying on purpose spreading disinformation.
Yes, all institutions may not have to file, but I'm sure the list that are published will show more than we currently know of.
I also am pretty well tapped out of money to invest unfortunately. I did scrape up a small amount of money earlier this week and picked up 275 more shares and another 650 warrants but that's all I could do. I definitely don't see any spare cash coming in the next few weeks, so pretty sure for me this is it before 2Q earnings come out. However, I did accumulate quite a bit more shares and warrants since the uplist, so I exceeded my expectations as to how many shares (and warrants) I would end up with, especially having bought them at what I feel are bargain prices. So I can't complain at all, although I wish I could snap up a bit more before earnings come out next week but it isn't going to happen .
