Not buying those explanations as telling the whole story. It's like saying "we could have been making money, but this broke and that needed to be built and so we chose not to."
P3 is where it's at. Much more robust system, IMO.
When I visited the facility I shared what I saw. Too bad that has not been reciprocated.
