Pretty sure it was a deadline for not providing financials for several quarters? Years? CEO Alex Walsh provided a PR giving notice of the halt, And yes 2015 sounds right I just couldn't remember the split ratio. LEXG was a massive pump and dump the first go around, I traded it a couple times as in twice. The halt was my second go and i didn't dig the RS upon re-listing.
