Very well could have other items to vote on with the “The Company will publish additional details regarding time, venue and matters to be voted on at the meeting in its proxy materials to be distributed to stockholders” statement.
Personally I am not getting my hope up for anything more as this is the 2nd Annual meeting within 4 months and RP dismissal created a Director to be nominated. Either way, we have a lot of great things coming our way soon enough!
