Pulled from multiple sites last night Sales org
Post# of 32627
Sales organizations, in general, have attrition rates of 30%-80% a year
Some sites say Direct Sales turnover can be 50%-80%
Others say average of 56% turnover per year for Direct Sales while sales in general is 52%
Losing one person in direct sales can result in losing some (or all) of the down line and all of their future recruits
Isagenix is a $1B/yr company
They have 500,000 customers worldwide
Looks like they have 100K+ distributors
If you are losing over 1/2 of them a year, not only is that lost revenue opportunity, but you would have to recruit even more than you lose to help grow the organization.
If you just look at the ROI of the VERB tool just on lowing retention, reduced training, recruiting cost etc., it would pay for itself. That's not even factoring the sales side of it or the acceleration of sales as you can get the samples, brochures, etc quicker to the customer
For a $1B company to spend .1% of revenue on a tool is a no brainer with this kind of ROI. Looking forward to the earnings call where Rory talked more about this.
What the market loves is companies that are accelerating growth, not just for their clients but for themselves as well
Shout out the creative team employees on camera today. Not easy to do that and you all did a great job.
Sounds like we are going to meet the rest of the team very soon in a number of updates
