The difference is that the one is mostly gang violence and the other, the many others, using mostly assault rifles, are done mostly by RW nutters sympathetic to white supremacy and easily influenced by Trump's irresponsible bigoted hate mongering that caters very specifically to those kind of morons.
If you can't understand that distinction, that's YOUR problem.
Any more posts on that subject will go directly to IH Admin. You can then explain to them why you refuse to honor my request.
Also explain to them why you can't seem to learn that Chicago and other cites provide the GDP tax revenue that keep Red State America from sliding into 3rd world status.
