the CONcept of NR working cycles of money b4 issuing a kill order
(again when significantly upside down on an OTC target .. it's cheaper
for NR to kill off the target .. than it is to cover years of abusive efforts)
it defies retails' logic and common sense .. but as previously noted .. this is not
a level playing field .. and it never has been .. specifically with NR and the OTC
.. and to be clear as i've previously noted to those who've asked me .. it's why
SMBs get *worked* so assiduously by NR
investors invest .. traders trade .. NR illegally manipulates by rote
i want to point out something earlier today on another OTC target that has also
*outlasted* NRs' decade long effort .. i don't point out this target for IP investors
to do DD on or anything else .. it's simply to show (the visual) re: this comment of mine
here earlier
this OTC target however is *visible* to all with interest .. NR is beyond upside down (yet they still wash trade with abandon and block on the ask because
NR is desperate not to lose 3c) .. remember NR cuts *resets* in half .. one reason
why NR is so unhinged the closer IPIX gets to their *reset* of 5805 in Sept

it's also why i take the time to show the MM Monthly .. that 80% for July is crystal clear
it fits with what has been done *consistently* (and i'm just showing 2019) since January
.. a *range* held by 3 MMs and most likely at least 2 NR entities (possibly 3)

what gets retail to sell?
brutalize a stock so low .. emotions get triggered .. (this is usually aligned with
EOY efforts by NR)
or take a stock up ..
occasionally NR will stall for a dog's age (one year .. two .. three .. six years)
it is what it is .. what matters is that each actual IP investor do what suits their needs & works with their respective DD
because no one does smoke and mirrors better than NR .. and some are far better at it than others
but make no mistake .. *imo* NR is desperate and needs IPIX *shares*
