If 200,000 users sent just 1 sample each, that would be $70K not including any markup. Over the course of the year, if on average they were sending 1 a day, that would be $25M just on the small fee alone.
Some weeks they may send none and other weeks 20. Watching one the of training videos, I think VERB suggested reaching out to 2 people a day and have 10 (or 20) always in the sales cycle or something like that.
