Yes HCIT , they pushing now Descovy since Truvada is going off patent soon..
They say little less side effects than Truvada since they changed dose of tenofovir ..
Maybe less but still a lot of side effects , just to say a few ...
Boxed warning ,,,,,post treatment acute exacerbation of hepatitis...

--Renal damage.
--Lactic acidosis with severe hepatomegaly and steatosis.
--Significant to some and moderate to others drug interaction.
