$ELYGF Pursuant to Ely Gold's Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,050,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.27 per common share, the closing price on Friday, July 26, 2019, and will expire on July 26, 2029.
