I agree with you. Still, I have only admiration for SIPC management, they stood up for themselves unlike many of those whose companies have been slandered by Pumps&Dumps, and they set an example for the others to follow. SIPC management hard work has paid off, they had one merger in 2011, they just finalized one now, and I totally understand why they don't want anyone to undermine the legit business they've been doing.
