Because if you file a Trademark application it means your technology already fully works? Where did they say that?
Commercial use of a trademark. If filing, you want to get that in quickly.
Have you not been paying attention?
I asked and the company won't be releasing official information on the SeaSearcher until it is FULLY functional and they have treasure on deck.
Then everyone will KNOW it works.
But thanks for the link to the renderings! I've showed it around and everyone is very excited about it!
