You're partially correct however your part about ghs Holdings immediately needing to sell is not correct ,that falls under the guidelines that is in the SEC filings. GHS has been working with Rocky Mountain High brands as in the last 10K report show the notes due pushed out into 2020. So they r working with RMHB and are aware of what's coming down the pipe, otherwise they wouldn't have taking a risk with them
