they try to make good news out of OTC mgmt/s look bad
and bad news look fatal .. beyond curious to see how today's
UC *resets* by NR have to be marked ..
this news in alignment with last week's .. indicates an *aware* mgmt team ..
the only recourse NR has (and it's limited imo) is to illegally manipulate IPIX
something NR has been doing *imo* since 9.2012 .. (cycles of money)
and relentlessly compressing since NRs' *hand off* of late 2014 into 2015
of course that *effort* not only costs NR .. but it becomes revealingly obvious
especially when noting who UCs on the ask to say nothing of noting tape of *trades*
wash trading on IPIX by NR is beyond blatant
