Response as requested. My post may appear to be condescending but that is not my intent, rather to inform.
First, the SEC strongly warns against owning shares in SEC Registered companies that are severely delinquent in filing Financials. Was that requisite due diligence done?
HCTI hasn't filed Financials since Dec. 31,2016. Adequate due diligence should have revealed those deficiencies and competent investment strategies would have avoided HCTI, knowing or should have known that the SEC would eventually suspend the stock and the Admin Law Judge would consequently revoke Hybrid Coating Technologies Inc.'s stock registration(s).

I scrolled back to October 2018 on the historical volumes and price per share (PPS) and the PPS never exceeded .0001 and there were many days of zero volume. Wasn't that enough evidence to incline investors to exit the stock?

In post #82683 you suggest going after the principals to recover lost money. Lawyers cost a lot of money and any lawyer worth his/her salt would suggest walking away because OTC stock CEO's are the scourge of the earth who either don't have any money to pursue or are well adept at making their money disappear, likely into other scams to fleece more hapless investors.
Take solace you're not alone inthat investors in 3,306 other stocks that were also suspended by the SEC and whereby every investor got wiped out.
The task is to NEVER get caught in another SEC Suspension, or any other variable of a scam.
There is no substitute for knowledge, particularly in the shark infested OTC market.
