They type in one word an expect Google to read their mind
Worse yet, the one word they type, usually has very few characters
They get frustrated
Why do they do this?
Maybe Lazy
Google works best when you give it as much information as possible
In fact, the rest of the world does too
If you go to a restaurant and tell the person taking your order you want "food"
No telling what you'll get
If you go to a bar and tell the bartender you want "drink"
He/she will probably walk away or throw you out
I posted before I worked for a company that got sold and was the largest technology deal in the world
If you only used 1/2 the company name, it was so common of a word
You had to used the full company name with the "technology" at the end or stock symbol
The other option is, any company can use paid ads on Google if it's a "concern" they want to have their company, product, etc pop up to the top
The reality is, VERB is not marketing to joe consumer
When they do, then it might be something to consider
Before someone says, but wait, what about investors?
How will they find the company?
Hey, if a flipper doesn't know how to use google, I think that's a good thing
BTW, if I google even just part of the company name, my results set shows VERB at the top
BTW, This topic is over and done with
