I know you know better than that. The question was
"Why order and build more reactors if the first ones are not perfected?" And, the answer is that no matter how much DD you do, with new science, you don't know until you know. Small quantities in a lab, larger reactor notwithstanding, is not the same as producing commercial volumes. The Indian partners are in the EXACT same position as Dow: evaluate what you know and make the best decision you can make with the information you have. At the end of the day, scaling has not been proven until revenue/royalties are earned, as Dow showed us the hard way. Deny it all you want if it makes you feel better. It's an absolute, immutable truth. They haven't done it until they have done it.
