How is it that Mark shares actionable financial info with some investors, privately, which are then not allowed to be shared with all shareholders?
My understanding, and I could be wrong, again, is that this is a clear violation of SEC rules. That is, it is illegal to give any individual or group of investors, non-public information that can be used to influence investing decisions.
If I'm right, then either Mark is violating the law or people are claiming he said or emailed stuff that isn't true. Or, I'm wrong. Has to be one of those 3 options.
I, in no way, am trying to cast doubt on UVS's integrity, but this happens a lot with several different people, all claiming to have had private communications, so what the heck is going on?
