Caruso, notes covert to stock which increases our outstanding share count. The note holder then sells the stock to devalue the stock. If you were a note holder and you are going to be paid interest as well as equity and your note is converting to shares but did not get offered a new agreement or you were too expensive given the circumstances, you would covert and sell. I could be chasing my tail here but given the basic news this should be going the opposite way. Someone is upset or the company needs cash now. All in my opinion. Bear.
