If you believe that every company news release serves the same function -- to goose the stock, then you will never be happy. I doubt KB is paying attention to stock price currently. He needs to raise enough capital to get to the revenue stream money, and he needs to write with his lawyers the best contract possible. I am sorry that message board posters neither understand what a CEO does nor care. Every news release put out until the deal is signed and sealed will be a selling opportunity. I suggest that the "non-believers" use those opportunities. It will make them happier. The worst thing anyone can tell a career long CEO who actually has skills in the area the company trades in, and a world of experience in product development, is that to a shareholder its all about share price and "F" the business. Does anyone have any idea how often KB hears this daily. People should be grateful KB has found multiple parties that were and are willing to buy the new product sight unseen.
